Louisville Grows, KentuckyOne Health, Gate of Hope Ministries, Food Literacy Project at Oxmoor Farm, and Louisville Metro Housing Authority are hosting the South Points Fam Jam, a block party and open house on October 15 from 11am to 2pm at Hope Community Farm and Iroquois Property (1400 Bicknell Ave).

Everyone is invited to participate in fun activities like hayrides, face-painting, food trucks, cider pressing, and health screenings! Community members are also invited to sign up for a community garden plot, put their name into consideration for the Community Advisory Council, and sign up for a CSA (Community Supported Agriculture) share for 2017.
